Hello I am very disappointed with the new platform as it is not as user friendly and to get Market data, you have to click on it than on a pop up screen, you have to click again to get FUNDAMENTAL data which even is not working. I reported over the phone and number of emails with screenshots of the issue since last two days before it has been reported to developers yesterday. I thought that such a critical fundamental data would have been sorted in any app update and someone in tech should be checking after each update for every devices that app is working perfectly. The Fundamentals are being shown on web version and on iPhone but not on iPad 9 and iPad Air with latest iOS 16.6.1 and iOS 17 and have download latest version 10.1270.0 of IG App, but problem remains. I am waiting for the tech reply today (21/9/2023). See attached screenshot showing blank page for FUNDAMENTAL screen. is anyone else having similar issue on iPad?

Checked with help desk. The message means the stock is not available for Spreadbet. however you can buy it through share dealing account.
