    Using both the iPad and mobile phone apps, I have a problem with charts not reloading. If I view - for example - the SPX dfb chart and then return to my watchlist, when I next go to the SPX dfb chart it won’t load. I just get the chart axes and the swirly work-in-progress symbol but no data is loaded. The only way for me to view the chart a second time is to close the app, restart, log-in again etc. V v frustrating…. I am on the latest versions of the app and iOS across both devices. Why is this happening?
