  1. I got fed up after wasting nearly 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer another call and opened an account with Fineco. Bye bye IG.
  2. You'd think that remote working wouldn't change much. I work in IT and we simply redirected everything to our mobiles, business as usual.
  3. 43 minutes and still waiting for someone to answer the phone.. Time to move somewhere else.
  4. I've made some profit on IG a few years ago (enough for a mortgage deposit) but I haven't used my account for a while now. It seems to be still active, but when I try to deposit some funds, I always get this error: "We are unable to process your payment right now. Please try again later or contact our helpdesk on 0800 409 6789 or +44 (0)20 7633 5320 if the issue persists." I tried my ISA and shares dealing account with my card and paypal, same result. I tried calling the numbers, but after over 30 minutes of listening about the unusually high volume of calls and how my call is important t
