I've just come back to IG after a long time away. I;m trying to set up MT4. MT4 is asking me for a login which can only be numbers. However I can't find a number only login id anywhere on my accounts. I tried setting up a new demo account in MT4, but after filling in all the boxes, the next button was still greyed out. So I'm pretty stuck. I tried creating a new demo account in IG, but that does not have a numbers only account id. Thanks for any help. It's probably something really simple right?
