  1. Thank you, Account is now unlocked, The email I sent yesterday was the 2nd email, which they claim they never got. All good now, we can get on with life. Stephaine.
  2. So it still goes on, no POA in place, No shares have been transferred in to my account and no emails or any form of contact from IG, so what do I do now, its no wonder people get upset, your support is really bad. Any help or Ideas would be appreciated. Stephaine
  3. Thank you for your reply, This was all that needed to be done in the first place, clear and concise instructions. No need for the hostilities from IG Staff, not everyone is a crook. Problem has now been rectified.
  4. Sorry to say i'm a new customer and have run foul of IG not trying to help in any way, when I called them for help, they responded by closing my account while I was talking to them on the phone. so now I can't buy or sell my shares and IG offering no solution. What do I do now.
  5. UPDATE: Now we are getting silly, here is the solution from IG help desk, have my husband open an account, then transfer my shares to his account and then close my account. Really, how about you unlock my account, and we just get on with life.

Have read the terms of the POA but we have to open a 2nd account to do this, what is the point of a 2nd account when we wish to use the same account, also account inactivity charges will apply if you don't use the account, why is it so hard for them to understand that a family might want to use the one account, this is just a small account for a few small trades, come on IG.
  8. thanks for that, But I made an inquire with IG and was told I can't do that and they stopped my account from trading, just like that, while I was talking to them.
