Hi, Yes, you can short the VIX Index in IG. There are differences between SVXY and VIX Index, they do generally follow the same trend but do not chart exactly the same. Contaigo or backwardisation has more impact on SVXY. To find out more go to: https://www.projectfinance.com/vxx/ Iike to short VIX once it is over 29 and go long 19-22.. I wish IG had SVXY
