Hi All Is there any reason why IG does not allows you to have a Trailing Stop with a Guaranteed stop loss? Is it to stop you taking profit as the Bet goes up in the hope that it falls and gets hit by a Guaranteed Stop at a premium??

Trialling Stops please, a must for the ISA!

Nothing of mine has been implemented, made suggestions to SharePad, IG and Hargreaves. All say that they are good idea and people ask for it but nothing ever happens. Almost as if they can't be bothered to develop any news ideas unless generated internally! Would be nice if they actually put together a road map of what they are developing, what they want to develop and what is on the wish list The one that does is Stockopedia!

Can't see any reason why IG couldn't add in Trailing Stops if they put there mind to it. It would be beneficial to IG as well as the Investor to protect there capital. Development just seem not to be interested in developing the IG offering!

I want to be able to have these 3 charts showing on the SB or ISA platform whenever I add a Stock to the Workspace, is this possible without have to choose three graphs and then have to add the 3 types that I have already saved in Layouts? Thanks

Just has this pop up when trying to go into the ISA new platform?

Started having issue with IG in Firefox, logs in fine then eventually falls over and won't allow me to even access the home page afterwards. IG says I need to use Chrome as it is more stable but this is bocked via our IT company. Any thoughts as to why Firefox is not happy and struggle to see why IG can't get the platform to work correctly in Firefox?

Does IG Blog/Post about what its Road Map is for the development and enhancement of the current offering. Would be good to know what is being worked on, what is being reviewed and what inst being looked at? Thanks

When can we get Trailing Stop Losses on the new ISA Platform. It is crazy that these don't exist other than with Barclays. In relation to the coding then I cannot imagine it would be hard to incorporate as it is exactly the same as a standard stop-loss with the only difference being that it trails at a chosen set price.

Trailing stop losses please. I have no idea why share dealing companies don't set this up as a a standard feature.

On the old version my SB and ISA Account had the facility to link to my Wives account which I manage on her behalf, does this facility still exist on the new ISA version?

Is there a way so that whenever ever I look at a Share that it automatically opens up 3 charts that I have pre-configured? At the moment it just opens a standard chart? Thanks

Hi JamesIG, couple of months have now gone anything you can report on the new platform? Would have thought you would have now incorporated all the new legal changes into the business so should be able to focus on improvements and enhancements big time.

Sounds like a stalling tactic JamesIG, the ISA and Share Dealing sites are rough, old and not fun to use. You need to get it transferred in the same stye as the SB account. I do wonder if there is anything happening at all on the ISA/Share dealing side given that its such a small part of the IG Business?
