I have a persistent problem with charts in L2 dealer. A few minutes after login I am unable to load a new chart or change the interval in any that are open. I simply get a blank 5min chart with the spinning working icon at the bottom. Is this exclusive to me? Is there a windows setting I need to tweak? ANy suggestions please

I've done a few of these and not everyone at IG seems to know how they work. I've found that if I forward my confirmation from Primary bid to "transfers@IG.com" it all seems to work fine. It does seem to take a while sometimes so don't be surprised if they appear a day or so after the admission date.

Has anyone any experience of how IG handle rights issues in a share dealing account? How long after the ex date does it take for the nil paid to appear in your account

Well at least your rights have appeared, I've a holding in a share dealing account and still no sign of my nil paid. And I had an extremely interesting chat with the online help where it became apparent that the person had no idea how rights issues worked.

IG Tech support PLEASE RESPOND Here we are then almost 8 WEEKS on and the issues with charts in L2 Dealer are still here. CV-19 or not this is **** service. You've found time to rewrite the software so that the application looks as though it was designed by fisher price but still not bothered to fix the issue with charts or bother to explain why you cant -

Mine appear to be working fine now. But I dont see why tech support cant be bothered to respond to my message or post to this forum. Makes it pointless other than to check whether or not it's your own pc that's gone wonky -

I'm also having this problem. Enquiries to support have previously resulted in pointle3ss tinkering with settings in google chrome. I note that there has been no response from them to this thread which is pretty poor
