Trade Analytics no longer works

Been complaining that over the last few weeks trade analytics function on my account a validated by a friend who has the same problem. Worked for a few days then last 8 days never worked. Have force stoped, reinstalled the app, same problem. Keep being told it has been sorted, but it not true real life experience. Anyone else experiencing the same?
