It doesn't look like much has changed since September. Support is glacial at the moment. The IG system deactivated my demo system (but kept my live system up) at the weekend so i emailed support as no one was picking up the phone and I gave up after 30 minutes.
3 days later I called support again and gave up after another 30 minutes of no one picking up the phone. I tried the live chat but it took another 34 minutes to get someone to respond to that. The support person could not see the original problem/question I had typed in so I had to type it again and finally another 39 minutes later my problem was resolved. Yay!
Thank goodness it was just a technical problem. For the hell of it I called the trading desk to see if the response time was any better there.15 minutes later I gave up waiting. What if I had a problem with a trade and wanted the trade desk to close that trade....good luck with that!
OK IG, can you please hire some more staff?
