  1. RR had a rights issue in November 2020 which probably isn't being adjusted for in the IG Charts.
  2. Brokers like Interactive Brokers let account holders earn borrow fee for lending their fully paid up shares. This gives some additional return apart from the original investments. I was wondering if IG has plans of doing anything like this for the share dealing account? https://www.interactivebrokers.co.uk/en/index.php?f=46957

  4. Received the following email from IG ------- Dear Mr. Gupta, Thanks for your email. The dividend has been paid out in USD instead of GBP and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. This will be rectified in 1-2 working days and the right amount will be posted into your account. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Alternatively, we've recently launched our new Help & Support site which gives you answers from our huge knowledge-base, online community, and education hub. Regards, Jakub Sik
  5. I have the same question. I was expecting to get paid in GBP and the dividend was issued in GBP itself. "Tesco PLC DIVIDEND 2000@0.5093 Converted at 0.71391184" @CharlotteIG
  6. I have faced the issue with dividends for iShares FTSE250 DIST ETF. Dividend was supposed to be paid on 30th September and IG helpdesk said it would be paid by 1st October. Still no dividend has been paid. I have sent an email to compliance as well but not sure if that is going to fix anything here.
  7. The Statements section on MyIG mentions: " We provide statements annually, quarterly and for each day in which you make at least one trade or payment. " However, I can only see daily statements. It will be helpful to either: 1) Show monthly and quarterly statements there. 2) Correct the text to only mention daily statements.
