Exactly the same issues I had.

I have been trying to contact support by telephone in order to manage my trades since the platform crashed, and it isn't even ringing, it is like the phone lines have been disconnected? What alternatives do we have for contacting support. Trying to find the support email on your site is impossible, you get referred back to the community pages! Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Yesterday I couldn't open a position, now I can't close one. AUD is down 70 pips from when I wanted to Open a sell just as the platform crashed last night.

I have the same issue, the platform has been having issues since last night, it seemed to be working, now I am cannot see or manage any positions.

And the phone lines are just hanging up. WTF man, this was the exact same issue as last night. Both outages have cost me very dearly in the last 24 hours.

You had the same issues last night which prevented me from Opening a trade I was waiting all day to make (Sell AUD USD from ~$0.66. THE WORST PLATFORM EVER!!!

I have the same issue and I couldn't close my position and I got guarantee stopped out!!! I wanted to try and close my position and the platform was completley unresponsive!
