  1. Hi @JamesIG, I received a call from a Dutch Sales Executive this afternoon. I can fill in a registration form with him and email it to him, after which he'll take care of it. Thank you for your help, both of you I'm very excited to start!
  2. I have no clue why or how this happened... It's very frustrating that that wasn't made clear to me at the account creation process, seeing as I filled in my nationality as Dutch and not seeing any reference to the Australian-based website... I've emailed the Dutch helpdesk to see if they can help me with this. Thank you though
  3. Hi @Caseynotes, thank you for your reply. It does clear things up a bit. I had hoped I could change the platform's time zone somehow (like in ProRealTime), but it seems I just have to adjust my own thinking! I tried to explain the shift in time zones, but I think I failed. I did a bit of calculation myself (because I can't find ANY information on the IG website anywhere or previous threads describing this) but the IG time seems to be the AEST (UTC +10) zone. I guess this is obvious to people already here, but for me it was a bit confusing. Thank you for your help!
  4. Hello, I started using this platform today, but one thing confuses me. The displayed time axis under every chart shows a time zone I do not recognize. For example, the US market opens at 9:30 AM and closes at 4:00 PM, which is 15:30 and 22:00 here in the Netherlands. The charts display none of these zones though, they even close in the future (for me). 22:00 for me is 07:00 (the next day) on my charts... It's pretty confusing. Has anyone encountered this and if so, does anyone know how to fix this/get the platform to display my own time? (UTC +1) Thanks in advance
