Trading European shaers

Jgoold posted a question in IG Trading Support - Dealing Questions

I'm only able to trade a limited number of European shares in my spread betting account. There are many large European cos that I don't find when I try a search. I've spoken to the help desk twice and the only advice has been to log out and log in again! I've now emailed them and will hopefully get a result. Has anyone else had this issue? Was it resolved?
