  1. Logged in this morning at around 1030am EST, placed a couple of trades. Turned my computer off for an hour or two, came back and now I've logged back in launched ProRealTime and can't open/close positions or see any positions open. I have re-booted my computer several times, complete uninstall and re-install of ProRealTime. Still no good. It's almost as if I'm not logged into ProRealTime, but there is no option to check the status or force log-in. Up in the top right corner I have Push+ set to Datastream, and before I did the re-install there was a button labelled Deal, when I clicked on that it said to contact client services. I have been using ProRealTime for about 3-4 weeks and this is the first time it's happened.
