Hello in February my account was restricted, after finally getting through to someone i was told i need to verify and upload some documents. Which i did. my account was then reinstated. Today i tried to make a trade and was unable to do so as the message i received was account restricted closing only. Can someone explain to me why this has happened again. I have called the helpdesk who has no idea what im talking about and just keeps saying the person in charge is not at his desk.

I have been waiting a week to hear back from this same issue, I however have am unable to open any nee positions and can only close. I too am in the cusp of moving

When will someone reply to me. It’s been 3 days, i’ve been posting here. Emailing and calling. Nothing.

I am trying to but shares in my Isa and share dealing account. But get an error message saying. You are currently restricted from opening any new positions. I have tried calling IG been on hold for so long. have also emailed them. Waiting for a response. This is the second time I’m posting this. I have had 0 response. Horrible customer service

I have been investing in for exactly 18 months i am 27 years of age. today i wanted to see how well i have done over the past 18 months. I knew i didn't do too well as id hoped as in the beginning i brought high sold low, nevertheless i got a grip of my emotions, so today i checked my portfolio value it was up by 7% however the fees i had accrued over the past 18 months was 9% of my account value so i am minus 2% overall. can someone help me out here, what am i doing wrong? any comments would be appreciated

Hi i've been investing in stocks for over a year, but my gains are eaten up but the £11 fee fee for every trade, I checked in the last year i have paid £600 in transaction fees. is there away around this or am i missing something or is it just the way it is any comments would be helpful
