Why Overnight charges on History is different than Shown on Trade Analytics? Makes me wonder Trade Anytics reliable? I have attached printscan on Helpdesk email today afternoon for an explanation as support worker couldn't help. I am wondering if others in community experienced such discrepancies.

My ticket looks different and it is missing ' Accept partial fills' and price, and toletance level encircled in your ticket. See attached. However, in setting default setting is ''Accept Partial Fills' I can amend another default setting from 'Current or better' to ' Pts through current' . However there is no tolerance level. I will have a go on Tuesday , when market reopens after Easter Break.

Its Thursday 10 am. Same problem " Sorry , order can not be filled at this price level " what us going on?

I execute orders at market rate. Large delay should not be more than a nano second as before. I could see prices moving so connection wasn't issue. Market wasn't going mad either. So prices were not fluctuating widely . So I can't buy your explanation. Somthing more fishee going on IG plateform. Why didn't support team said so over the phone but said they will investigate and call me. They haven't call. Is market maker to do something over rejecting trades?

I was not allowed to open or close few trades yesterday. Msg was that Sorry " order can not be filled at this price.". On Android phone. Later I reverted to Laptop and after few trades same problem with closing the trade. Rang suppoet desk but still awaiting reply. Any idea what it could be. Funds was no issue.

Above American Airline is share of a company and you pay a additional set fee for buying and selling it which is £12.12 in this case. Wall Street Cash index is spread betting and difference between buying ans selling is the spread added or included within the trade. So you don't see it separately.

The issue is ' Net off' it will automatically cancel/close existing position if other positions are opened in opposite direction. To open long and short you need to select ' Force Open'. IG did explain this in guidance somewhere. Youc an google 'net off vs force open' . Hope it helps

Within Help and Support video section Market Platform' Where can In-platform research' showing layout different than Y IG i.e . Layout showing Analysis and drop down menu take you to Market Screener . These facilities are not displaying up on my Platform.
