IG ProRealTime Version 11 Stream Deck
ShaneA posted a question in IG Chart Support - Charts, MT4 and PRT
So, I waited for the new version of PRT before purchasing the Stream Deck, but the option to select it is not available on my shortcuts menu... I have followed all of the hardware instructions precisely... Is this something that has been omitted by IG?.. This is a feature that a lot of traders outside of IG are using.. Thank You -
Afternoon... Is there any update on the roll-out date for Version 11 of ProRealTime? Looking through previous posts I was expecting February, but there seems to be no news yet. Wouldn't mind some sort of rough answer even if it is "By the end of the quarter", or a rough date of some sort.. Thank You 😀

I am waiting to purchase a StreamDeck for the same purpose.. According to the video on the website you need ProRealTime Version 11.. Hopefully when it rolls out on IG they will leave the StreamDeck option in the program.
