  1. Thanks for your post. Having new customers come to IG is a positive thing for our business. If we didn't want to pay out referral bonuses we wouldn't offer the scheme. The reason an account rejects can be different. I would advise reaching out to us to figure out why. If someone over the phone says reapply then you will need to use a different email address and email us to let us know you've reapplied. All the best

  3. Hey, Welcome to the community. What is it you're lost with. 5. Thanks for the post. I've just spoken to our corporate actions team and unfortunately it's not something we can do. Apologies for the inconvenience.
  6. Thanks for your post. Please know the settlement period works on a T+2 (T+3 for US shares) basis. This means the cash for these shares won't settle on your account the day you sold them but two (3 for US) working days. Many thanks for your understanding. I hope this clarifies why you can't withdraw your funds at the moment.
  7. Hey, Thanks for your post. 1) Once you have declared to IG that you've moved to another country you will not be able to pay any money into the account or buy more shares. You will be able to sell your shares though and withdraw funds. 2) Depending on how long you've had your account with us will have an impact on where the funds can be sent to. For example with very new clients you can only send funds back to the source you funded with. Reach put to us via email if you need us to check your account and let you know which withdrawal methods are possible. All the best
  8. Hey Richard, Thanks for your post. If you want to put funds into your account to reach the max ISA limit there's no issue with that. What is it you want to do/ you're worried about so I can clarify. All the best Charlotte

  10. Hey, Thanks for your post. You will need to put your client ID for your share dealing account in that slot. If the company holding the shares question you on this say IG doesn't give this out but when you (the broker) contact them the data will be provided. All the best and apologies for the inconvenience.
  11. Hey, thanks for your post. To transfer your ISA from Lloyds to IG you will need to make a live account with IG> Add an ISA. Once these steps have been taken you will be able to go to the following MYIG page> Live accounts> Change account you're viewing to ISA> Stock transfer. and follow the steps from there. Transfers can take 4-6 weeks depending on how cooperative your current broker is. I hope this helps if you have any other questions let me know. All the best
  12. Thanks for your post. What’s the GIN number when opening a Primary Bid account? The GIN number is your IG share dealing account number. This can be found on the MyIG page. Make sure that you are using your correct share dealing account number - do not use an ISA account number or one of your leveraged accounts (CFD or spread betting) as we will not be able to accept shares into these other account types. You can find more on the Deliveroo IPO here:

All the best

  21. Thanks for your post. We're sorry for the delayed time it's taking to verify your accounts. I will pass this message onto our customer service team and ask them to reach out to you to get this resolved. The deadline for bank withdrawals is mid day UK time so we won't be able to send it today but I will see if it can be looked into before tomorrow. All the best
  22. Hey, Thanks for your post. I understand your point and I will suggest having limit/ stop orders that only execute at a fixed price. When trading in the underlying market if you choose a limit order what you're asking from us is to execute at that price or better, same with the stop order but you're telling the broker to fill you at that price or worse. (Which from what you've written I can see you understand but just for anyone reading over this with the same question). We make money from spread and commission we have no benefit filling you at a worse price than what we can get. There are other brokers out there that make money from clients losing, we're not one of them. We don't find it beneficial filling clients at worse prices because they would be upset with the execution and won't continue trading with us. Also, this would be a regulatory breach and we're FCA regulated. I hope this helps Charlotte
  23. Hey, You can set the rollover instructions on your MyIG page by selecting Settings> Rollovers I hope this helps, Charlotte

Name and date of birth 2. Postal address on the account 3. Registered phone number 4. Last market you traded on 5. Approximate account balance 6.
