Are you use the Share dealing, CFD or Spread bet platform?

Hi everyone Trailing stops are not available on the Share dealing platform (yet). They are available on CFD and Spread bet platforms. There is information on our Help & Support pages about trailing stops for CFD and Spread bet here: https://www.ig.com/uk/help-and-support/spread-betting-and-cfds/orders--stops-and-limits/how-do-i-add-a-trailing-stop-to-an-open-position On the deal ticket, you select the stop type next to the Stop input field. And in your positions panel, you can add a stop by clicking on the Stop field, and using the arrow to the left of the input field to select 'trailing stop'.

Hi David92506 I'm not sure which product you're using, but on the Web platform, the charting tools are on the chart, along the top of the chart at the top left corner. The first 'icon' is the timeframe. Clicking on this will give you a dropdown of the timeframes available. I hope this helps.

This does occur if you have the old platform open in one window/browser and try to open the new platform in a separate window/browser. But it shouldn't happen if you have all other instances of the platform closed. Can you tell us which account you're using (Spreadbet, CFD or Share dealing)? I will ask the tech team why this might be happening.

L2 is available on the new platform, which can be turned on via MyIG (dashboard), Settings, and Data Feeds. It shows up on the ticket like this (attached). If this doesn't meet your needs, please do tell us more about what you need and why, so we can add this to our request list for improvements. Thank you

The positions panel shows the P/L, P/L %, and P\L GBP. Is this what you're after, or are you looking for an 'overall positions P\L" to show? As for change, if you mean % change per position, then we are aware of that one. If you mean something different, please do clarify so I can add it to the request list. Thank you

This is a great idea - the new platform will have future iterations coming, so it would be interesting to hear what you need, and why? The more context we have to understand what is needed, the more it helps us build the right thing. Please do keep the suggestions coming.
