    When can expect PRT V12 to go live? It has been available for demo accounts for almost a year but still not available on live accounts. I understand this question has been asked many times before and IG seem unwilling to provide an answer. Is anyone else interested in PRT V12?

    When a price alert is triggered on the platform I receive no push notification on my android phone although I have the option turned on. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have asked tech support and was informed that you have to ask for it to be activated. I have done this however still nothing is happening.
