    I've logged into my account but nothing is loading. All I can get is a rotating symbol as it tries to reach the IG server. I've cleared my cookies and cache to no avail. I've spoken to the Helpline, who said she would send me an email with a troubleshooting aid but that hasn't arrived either and that conversation was three hours ago. Is anybody else experiencing issues this morning with the platform?

    Hi, I've treated myself to a new PC and open IG.com from my browser. However, when I launch my PRT charts, whilst the candles are the correct size proportionally, the font size is miniscule, probably 8pt. This applies to all text and numerals on my charts, watch lists and the tool bar. How do I increase the font size? Do I need to download to my new PC instead of opening via a browser? Thanks.
