    Hi, can someone tell me, or point me to where I can find out, at what times (UTC/London time) the spreads change for Wall Street Cash and Germany 30 cash. I know that Germany 30 has a spread of 2 when it opens at 07:00 my time and drops to 1 at 08:00 when the LSE opens; when does it go back up to 2? thanks for any help!
