Who decided to increase the spacing so that more of your watchlist is not visible unless you scroll put it back to the previous spacing please

If you were aware, the IOS should have been shut down, not left for customers to be misled and trading with false information

No longer able to track balance, funds, P&L from header as all blank. open positions show different price from live and when you open or close a position it doesn’t update on the screen. very poor and costly issues

Enough is enough. No Crypto trading is the last straw

Completely agree, all customers should complain vociferously and if IG do not start treating customers fairly, close your account.

s a professional member with a Premium manager I contacted him but he knew nothing about this move from IG. I will be running down my open positions and closing my account as I have had enough of this manipulation. The system going down at 14:30 the last three trading days was at best a deliberate action to throttle the service and at worst a manipulation to stop customers trading and allowing the volatility to take them out with no recourse.

The margin increases are a disgrace and the spreads are getting wider. IG really are showing their true colours when volatility increases. Treating Customers Fairly is not on their agenda.

Why is there such a large spread after 10pm on this heavily traded pair? Smacks of extortion

Both the App and the Desktop are slow and unresponsive and mostly unusable. This has cost me money tonight, will I get compensation - NO. Balance info disappears, open orders very slow to load and when you close a trade, it wont execute because the live price has moved. Usual message to call the trading desk, but phone lines don't get answered quickly so if you are active, forget about using this platform. The performance recently has been a disgrace.
