Thank you. I work it IT so maybe look at the time zone for the mobile app web server ? That's what I would do first unless you use an Oracle database and it uses timezone and region from the database . Just my 2 cents for you IG technical support.

It did work some time ago. But it does not work now. The IG technical team are useless.

Hello I am in South Africa and I have the IG app on my android phone and the live prices are showing 2 hours ahead and the prices do no update automatically every second. I contact IG SA and they do not know how to fix it. Is anybody else having this issue

Hello , I have asked for IG to have the directional movement (ADX) indicator to be able to do alerting and they cannot seem to do it. Why is this?

I don't trade the IG cash market after hours as the spreads are too high as well. It is only if I am already in a trade that I will continue. If the spreads were halved I probably would trade and it used to be so. I will also look at Corespreads. Thanks
