Francisca posted a question in IG Technical Support - Platform and App Help

I placed trsdes on my demo account namely Vodafone Group PLC and Barratt Development PLC in July but since August both have been marked as Market closed day and night. I have watched them everydad to close them but it remaind market closed so I have not been able to close them. Please, can you help me to resolve this problem. You csn emagine if this happened to my live account. I just want to close them.
