  1. Hi , sorry for the late reply. I double-checked this for you with our IT department and can confirm that only the creation/amendment of positions and working orders are considered trading requests. Therefore trade confirmations or listing positions do not fall into the category of trading requests. I hope this answers your question. If there is anything else we can work on together, please let me know. Johannes
  2. Hi , I hope you are doing well. The following requests are considered trading requests: - placing an order - placing a trade - amending a position (edit stops / limits) - closing positions All othe requests are considered non-trading requests. You might also be interested to know that the REST API has different limits as the Streaming API. With REST you can obtain information about multiple EPICs but only use one request, e.g. you could with only one request update your watchlist with various EPICs in it. The streaming API has a limit of 40 concurrent price streams. I'll speak with my colleagues in our IT department and see if we can get add the information about trading request to the FAQ on our API Labs webpage. Please let me know if there are any other outstanding questions. Johannes
  3. Thanks for your suggestion , I can see why you would like to have this feature offered on our trading platform and will pass your suggestion on to our development team. The problem I see however, is that guaranteed risk stop distances are subject to change. For example, on all our indices the minimum distances change between in-hours and out-of-hours. For our Germany 30 this minimum guaranteed distance currently changes from 30 points in-hours to 120 points out-of-hours. This distance could be even increased further than 120 points during periods of very high volatility. Because of these ever-changing guaranteed stop minimum distances it is hard to implement a guaranteed trailing stop. Let's assume you would place a guaranteed trailing stop in-hours with a distance of 30 points, it wouldn't be possible for our system to amend this position out-of-hours once the minimum distance was changed to 120 points. I hope my explanation makes sense. Nevertheless, I will pass on your suggestion and hope we can find a solution for this in the near future.
  4. Hi , welcome to our Community! We are happy to split positions for you at any time if you give our dealing desk a call. We have many clients for which we split positions on a regular basis, so please feel free to call at your convenience. Our dealing and customer service desk can be reached 24 hours from Monday to Friday. As my colleague Tom also pointed out earlier in this post, the suggestion has been passed onto our development team and we are hopefully able to implement this feature for you in the future. Thanks, Johannes
