'You will need a new app to open this iglink'

WilThomas posted a question in IG Technical Support - Platform and App Help

For some reason, once I open the IG portal I get a message that says that 'you will need a new app to open this iglink'. Same message appears in different browsers and on different machines. A large white rectangle with a spinning wheel means I cannot progress any further or place trades. Any idea what App and where to get hold of it for a W10 machine? Regards,
