trying to get in touch by phone, speaking to some one, going to send me link via email, i see what happens.

Serious issue as I can not log into my IG account. Tried on 3 browsers, deleted history & cookies etc. The log in page does not come up. I have copied what does come up below. In the final sentence of your answer are you suggesting that it can be done/changed on the IG platform?

Is the price on PRT charts and the platform set at mid price or bid price. And is there a setting to change from one to the other if desired?

The order has gone from the pending/working order on the IG platform but not off the PRT charts.

This is in relation to trading FX with CFDs. How do I set up the platform so that when I place an order or deal I can see my overall potential loss in GBP even if GBP is not included in the currency pair that I am trading at the time?
