MACD and RSI (and usually price too) regularly show fake prints after the close on a Friday for some US stocks? For example here's Lockhead Martin this morning. It normally corrects at the US open.

Please provide charts with adjusted historical data where stock splits occur. For example the recent WisdomTree stock splits rendered the charts useless until data at the new prices is accumulated over several months.

The close cross on price alert popups still doesn't close the alert without refreshing the browser.

I see the FT are reporting LSE outages.

Why do LSE stocks say 'Call to Close' and 'Market is currently unavailable' at 12:12pm today?

@KoketsolG the original issue with Entain chart seems to be fixed, that's one out of six identified in my email of 9th October which I've now resent.

@KoketsolG I sent emails on this issue to helpdesk.uk@ig.com on 27 September and another on 9 October with screenshots, but still no reply almost a month later. The bug persists and is now affecting more charts, all seem to be on the LSE.

@KoketsolG unfortunately this incident has not been resolved, it still persists. I sent an email on 27 Sept as you suggested but no reply.

@OfentseIG thank you for your reply and advice. I've emailed the helpdesk with a list of 6 LSE stocks that still have this issue, including Entain Plc which this post originally featured.

Yes a refresh clears it, it's a 'work-around', but the cross not closing is a software bug.

Not working again! The close cross on the 'IG Live now' popup does nothing in Firefox. This prevents access to anything behind like a watchlist tab - so infuriating!

Can IG IT developers please fix the ongoing issue where by some charts show price spikes to zero which then renders the chart as useless!

I'm using the 'Measure Tool' accessed via the 'Drawings' icon.

Maybe. The spurious prices I listed above were all stocks listed on the UK's LSE, so I wonder if it had something to do with the Bank Holiday Weekend. I also see price spikes that ruin the scaling on some charts.

Some charts showing incorrect prices for Friday 28th April, the chart price does not match the 'Buy' price. Why is the chart for BAE showing a price of 590p when it's really 1014p? Why is the chart for 888 showing a price of 208.88p when it's really 80p? Why is the chart for Direct Line showing a price of 356p when it's really 171p? Why is the chart for Redrow showing a price of 420p when it's really 517p? Why is the chart for Persimmon showing a price of 1705p when it's really 1314p? Why is the chart for Rio Tinto showing a price of 3083p when it's really 5049p? Why is the chart for BP showing a price of 486p when it's really 534p? Why is the chart for ITV showing a price of 195p when it's really 80p? Why is the chart for Kier Group showing a price of 1378p when it's really 76.7p? Checked in Firefox and Chrome browsers on two different devices, PC and laptop both running Windows 10. Also logged out and in again but not change.

It would be very useful to have the facility to add notes, for example to add notes about a company or commodity in the right Info column per stock chart. Or if not in the right column then in the chart area.

Some stock charts show price spikes down almost to zero, the latest one is for Entain Plc as attached, and it makes the chart unusable. I've checked the same chart in another browser (MS Edge instead of Firefox) in case it's a browser cache issue, but the same spikes show. What's causing this and how to return to normal?

Found the alert listing under Alerts in left column menu.

I know how to set alerts but where can I view, remove, or edit alerts already set?

It would be very useful to be able to right mouse click on a stock tab and select 'move to another workspace', or 'copy to another workspace'.
