MT4 sessions clock

Hi Im using a demo account of IG markets on the MT4 platform. One thing about the time. IS there a session clock that shows the exact time a session is in progress or even broker time. I have another chart package where the brokers clock time is shown. Does IG markets on the mt4 platform have the clock or do I need to install some kind of app/indicator? thanks John
