You get a 'vaccine passport' once you are vaccinated. You don't have to get one, you already have one if you had your vaccines. I don't mean covid vaccines, I mean any vaccine.
That 'vaccine passport' has been already implemented for decades. It is the registry that any national health system has on your vaccines.
Unless you are an exotic animal that has been living under a rock during your life you must have taken a vaccine at some point in your life, otherwise you would be dead.

Hi the formula is:
Available = Funds - margin - Pnl
The margin amount is required to hold your positions, check the market margin requirements to find out the exact amount per position.
If you were to close all your positions you would end with:
Available + margin
There must be something wrong with your account, you wouldn't end in any case with a negative balance with all positions closed.

A couple of things I could add:
If you are learning don't go with 18 units per point like you showed us on that picture. Try the minium size bet and grasp your knowledge as you go. To prove that you can trade well you don't need a big size.
Day trading is the best way to blow your account. If you are not ready to hold your position overnight think again why you entered on that trade in the first place. There are very few traders that can make day trading , and all of them made it after losing way too many times.
