[Charges when i withradw my order?]

Hi,

i place a order to long oil. but i decided to withdraw.

why they charge me?

This is very bad for a big broker like IG. They are supposed to give us what we deserve!!

Yes, can't call in whenever this **** happens .

We need to complain to the authority!

Given the current market, I have set stop loss on 24550, apparently it didn't get hit, 

Since it didn't get hit, and it gap down to 23600. 

and there enough margin in my account. After forcesell my position, it bounce.. ****
