CFD account says pending despite identity and proof of address verified

My CFD account says pending despite having uploaded my drivers license and bank statement on Monday and it says approved, but my account still isn't activated. I've tried calling but I am unable to get through to anyone from IG and its been about 5 days since it said that my proof of identity and address were approved, but the account is still not activated.
