Converting forward spread positions into shareholdings?

Now that we've been shafted by IG on our long poitions (I have several SEP21 forwards positions) and they are refusing to offer anything even close to proper client care (emails unanswered, calls holding for an hour then getting disconnected... I could go on) how do I actually go about converting my positions into shareholdings?
