  1. I instructed my bank on 16/03 to move funds to you so I could invest for the first time with you. That money has still not appeared in my account with you although it certainly left my bank. I have attempted to telephone but the calls are cut off after a period. I have posted on the community and sent you messages in various ways with no response or explanation. I appreciate this is a busy time but this silence is unacceptable.
  2. I transferred funds on the 16th and they are still not showing in my account. Emails, messages and telephone attempts all get absolutely no response.
  3. Wish I could help. I signed up this week and did a transfer of a few thousand to get started. It`s well past the time the funds should have shown in my account and there`s nothing showing. Neither telephone attempts nor emails have got any response so far. I don`t see any "complaints" option Is it just the strange time we`re in with lots of activity or is IG always like this?
