SIPP Zero Balance

Hi, I have recently opened a SIPP through IG with James Hay. When I log I to James Hay I can see my funds have cleared and are available to invest, but when I use the IG platform, my SIPP account is still showing a zero balance. How can this be corrected as I want to manage my SIPP through the IG platform. Thanks
