I think this problem has been going on for sometime now. I have been stuck with the same scenario as yours for a week now. Still waiting for them to fix it.

Hi, I have already submitted my documents for account activation. 

When I open my platform it shows that the documents have been verified by does not activate  my account. How long does it take to activate the account. Its been more than a week now
