Funds Not Reached My Account, Money has Left Bank Account

Dear Community I am in need of help desperately, we did a bank transfer last week from my partners bank to my IG trading account. I did not realise that the money had to be from a account held in the same name as the IG account holder. The money has been transferred however my IG account has not been debited. I am really stressed and worried. Tried calling IG , sent numerous emails to the helpdesk and no one is replying. Please please can anyone help ? Thanks Sharen
