Nvidia,NVDA and NVD2

I became interested in Nvidia as an investment and came across the 2xNvidia, NVD2 share. I am however confused as to why the US dollar price of NVDA is in excess of $200 whereas the price of NVD2 is in the teens. Also the claim is that NVD2 follows twice the NVDA performance yet when I compare the prices, they can be anything but. Recently one went up and the other went down! Can anyone please enlighten me on these issues?
