LOADING MT4 ONTO NEW PC

I have just purchased a new PC and want to transfer my existing graphs from my MT4 Platform from my old machine to the new machine. Which folders do I have to copy over from the Route Location? Or put simply what do I need to copy from the MT4 Platform from my old PC to load into the MT4 Platform on my new machine to get my graphs and settings etc... back to my set up? Thanks , Jas
