Is IG totally out of work now?!

Is IG totally out of work now?! I am new to IG and tried to get my application completed for the new start, but found out no body is able to help? A consultant only emailed me and kept saying they have fixed when they haven't. Is there anyone still working and who might give a hand? or IG Markets is closing down with COVID-19? If it is already closing down, don't worry. I can go to CMC markets or something else. Please let me know.
