  1. Hello, I opened an account towards the end of March and I have deposited £1000. I have ask support for help on several occasions and I keep being told that I need to complete the registration process in order for the funds to be allocated to my account. What do I need to do? There is nothing on my dashboard to say registration isn't complete. Please can someone help get this sorted, or refund my deposit so I can use it elsewhere... Thank you.
  2. Hello, I have registered an account and deposited some cash, however I get an error when trying to place a trade. The error reads something along the lines of "an unexpected error occurred". There is also a second deposit of cash that is yet to show up in my account. I phoned several times on Thursday to try to get this sorted, but I kept getting passed around, or the phone just cut off. I've also emailed support, but they said I must complete the registration of my account. Nothing seems to be not completed from my end, so if this is the case can someone please point out what I need to do? I realise you are very busy at present, but I have deposited cash that I can use for trading nor withdraw to use elsewhere. As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
