When will I be able to start using the funds I have transferred in for the 2021 -2022 year. unfortunately have sent 12 emails and phoned 4 times but still no answer. The isa account did allow me to transfer it in but it is marked as reserve. So I presume I can start using it from April 5 love to know in the next 4 months if possible.

Thanks gezmond I have actually put this in now. I guess i can start using it from6th April as I already put in this years allowance. Thanks for the reply sent 5 emails just to get a reply from IG.

Hi, I would like to close my account I have sent 6 emails since Monday 15th and tried calling numerous times for one answer to a question even posted on your forum to. You really are the worst brokerage I have ever experienced and would like to move my £50000 to another broker who would actually respond to a single question. I will probably get no reply to this eithe. complete jokers

I have asked this question on email three times now and no reply. when can I deposit my £20000 into my ISA account for this years ISA also when can I start trading with this . If I can’t get an answer I will take my account as soon as possible to a company who can actually give me this answer I really don’t think I am asking too much for just an answer
