Hi, I am new on IG and have deposited funds into my account. I'm from the UK and currently in Australia. When I try to access the trading platform I get a message that pops up saying
"Unauthorised access, we have bee unable to log you in on this attempt. Please try again later"
Can anyone help please?

I can't access any of the trading platforms on my mac.
I keep getting a message saying
'unauthorised access, we have been unable to log you in on this attempt. please try again later"
I am logged in when trying to open the CFD platform.
Im a uk resident in Australia at the moment visiting family, if this has anything to do with it?. Please can you help.
