Why can't I put a trailing stop?

Hi guys, I'm a new trader and learning to trade on IG. I read the tutorial about puting a trailing stop when placing a deal, but on my workspace I can't find that option, it always showing Guaranteed stop by default and I don't have the option to choose Trainling stop. Does anyone know why and how I can fix this. Thanks.
