Hello Forum please can you assist I am having problems with Pro Real time and trying to get it loaded, all I get is server error on both demo and live account buttons. Rang IG support on 3 occasions but I guess they are having trouble at the moment answering calls. Did get through to someone this morning at 6.00am who did not know how to resolve this. Pro Real time support were quick in their response but said IG will need to resolve from their end as my account resides with IG. Emailed IG new accounts this morning but I suspect that was the wrong place. Any suggestions please? Thanks
