Japanese Shares NOT SHOWING on Prorealtime?

Hi, I'm able to search for Japanese stocks on the IG PLATFORM, example Mazda Corp. However in prorealtime the japanese shares and stocks are not showing when i search for the individual stock. Basically there is no predefined market and the japanese stocks are not activated on prorealtime, how do i fix this issue? thanks
