Card reader says card out of date! It isn’t?

I put money into ISA account with debit MasterCard, expiry 11/20 in February 2020. Came back in April to repeat funding. In the card section it told me my card was out of date! Now I can’t add or withdraw unless by phone. If I add the card as a new card it tells me it’s out of date and won’t accept it. Ive tried several actions like deleting App and rebooting. Tried cancelling card but it won’t let me. Anyone experienced similar or ideas please? IG are also stumped despite me emailing screen shots. thanks Vix
