    PRT is great. However i've recently noticed the volume profile is provided by IG and is not accurate when compared to exchange volume or from other platforms eg., MarketSmith and TradingView. This is very misleading when relying on price / volume action to make a trade.

    Why are the charts not working? The price changes but the charts are not updating. When I refresh there is a big gap on the chart. How can I address this issue?
